While all participant information is reviewed as part of our vetting process to maintain event integrity and safety, SakoonConnect does not conduct background checks, police clearances, or moral assessments.

Refund Policy - the basics

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The event is cancelled by SakoonConnect; or

• Your refund request is approved by our team under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies)

To be considered, refund requests must be submitted via email at least 72 hours before the event.
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of SakoonConnect and are final.
