We do not guarantee any matches, relationships, or personal outcomes from our events or matchmaking service. All interactions before, during, and after participation are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

SakoonConnect is not responsible or liable for any personal, emotional, legal, or financial consequences that may arise from event participation, the use of our 1:1 matchmaking service, or interactions between participants.

For matchmaking users, personal information submitted (including preferences, interests, and uploaded media) will be securely stored and used exclusively for matchmaking purposes. We do not share or distribute personal data without your explicit consent. If participants choose to share personal details during or after an event or introduction, they do so at their own discretion and risk.

Participation in our events or matchmaking service signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer

Terms & Conditions

By registering for or attending a SakoonConnect event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Services

SakoonConnect hosts premium, in-person, alcohol-free events for faith-based and non-faith-based singles serious about finding a spouse.

In addition to events, SakoonConnect offers an AI-powered 1:1 matchmaking service. This service uses the information you provide to suggest potential matches and, where applicable, to facilitate a private virtual introduction. While we provide tools and facilitation, we do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, relationships, or marriage. All interactions remain the responsibility of participants.

2. Participant Conduct

All attendees and participants must behave respectfully and in line with SakoonConnect’s values. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate removal from an event or service without a refund.

Attendees are expected to dress modestly, respect boundaries, and engage with sincerity.

3. Privacy & Data

Information submitted through SakoonConnect.com is used exclusively for vetting, coordination, and matchmaking.

For participants using our 1:1 matchmaking service, the personal information you provide (including preferences, interests, and uploaded media) will be securely stored and processed exclusively for matchmaking purposes. Your data will not be shared with other participants without your explicit consent.

If you choose to exchange personal contact details during an event or after an introduction, you do so at your own risk. SakoonConnect assumes no liability for personal interactions.

4. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled by SakoonConnect or if a valid exception (e.g., medical emergency) is approved by our team.

Refund requests must be submitted via email and are reviewed case by case.

5. Event Changes or Cancellations

SakoonConnect reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the date, time, location, or format of any event. If an event is cancelled by us, full refunds will be issued to all paying participants.

6. Media Policy

To protect everyone’s privacy:

• No photography, videography, or recordings are permitted

• Any attendee found recording or taking photos will be removed without refund

These events are intended to be safe, respectful, and private. We expect all attendees to honour that.

7. ID Requirement & Guest Policy

All attendees must bring valid Australian government-issued photo ID. If your ID does not match your RSVP details, entry will be denied.

If bringing a guest or wali:

• They must have a paid ticket

• Their name must match the RSVP

• They must also provide valid photo ID

Failure to comply will result in denied entry without refund.

8. RSVP Process & Data Retention

Submitting an RSVP does not guarantee attendance. All RSVPs undergo a manual vetting process to maintain event quality.

If you are not selected:

• You will be notified

• Your personal data will be securely deleted within 7 days

We do not retain unnecessary personal data and never share it with third parties.

9. RSVP Fee & Payment Terms

A $20 non-refundable RSVP fee is required to support vetting, admin, and coordination.

Please note:

• Payment does not guarantee entry

• If you are not selected, your RSVP fee is not refundable

• If selected, you will receive further instructions via email/SMS

By submitting your RSVP and fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Matchmaking Service Fees
Signing up for the 1:1 matchmaking service is free. A fee applies only once a curated match is identified and SakoonConnect facilitates a private introduction. All matchmaking fees are non-refundable once the introduction has been arranged, regardless of the outcome of the interaction.

10. Liability Waiver

By attending an event or using the 1:1 matchmaking service, you release SakoonConnect, its founder, team members, and affiliates from all liability related to personal, emotional, legal, or financial consequences that may arise before, during, or after participation.

For the matchmaking service specifically, SakoonConnect does not perform criminal background checks or verify the accuracy of user-submitted data. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and safety when engaging with a suggested match.

11. Vetting Process Limitations

SakoonConnect does not perform criminal background checks, police clearances, or moral assessments.

Vetting is based solely on the information you submit in your RSVP. You are responsible for your own due diligence when forming any personal connection.

12. No Guarantees

SakoonConnect does not guarantee any outcomes — including matches, connections, or relationships.

Our services provide an intentional environment. What you do with it is up to you.
